Crisis Intervention Pro

This Massachusetts restraint certification course is designed to provide staff with reasonable and responsible physical intervention skills for those critical moments when a member of the school community's safety is at risk.

This comprehensive course specifically teaches and advocates the use of preventive strategies like verbal de-escalation whenever possible and before any type of physical intervention takes place. Course topics include but are not limited to:

Requirements: 3.0 hr online course + 1.5 day (9.0 hours) of in-person training
